There is no Simple OTP email server. Messages are decoded in memory on your Mac, codes are stored locally, and OAuth tokens stay in Keychain.

Which email providers are supported?

Simple OTP currently connects to Gmail and supports multiple Google accounts.

Does Simple OTP store my emails?

No. Email content is decoded in memory only long enough to detect a verification code.

What happens after I use a code?

Copying or filling marks it used, so it does not return as a fresh suggestion. You can mark it unused manually.

Does it submit forms automatically?

No. You always initiate copy or fill, and the website’s submit action stays under your control.
